Born and raised in Connecticut, I have been
a resident of South Florida since 1981. I came down for a week
of fun in the sun and decided to extend my stay for a bit.
My musical education has included coursework
at the Hartford Conservatory of Music and private instruction with
guitarists, Bob Kobus, Simon Salz, Bob "Bobby T" Thompson, Reggie Wooten and
bassist, Dave Santoro. As important as the formal studies,
if not more so, have been the countless gigs, studio sessions and
jams with some tremendous talents throughout the years. The
education has continued to this day and with very few exceptions,
I have learned something of lasting value from each and every musical
situation I've encountered or been a part of.
